I am often inspired by the work around me. Since moving to London 19 years ago, I have had a slight obsession with the TFL (Transport for London) seat fabrics. So I thought, why not recreate them out of food. So I did. With the help of the lovely food stylist Angela Drake, we spent days cutting cake and sweets, but I’m so glad we did! I absolultey love the final results.
