Miracle Mince | Jon Croft editions
In April 2024 I had the privilege to shoot this book with Jon Croft Editions. The title says it all…. It a book on how to cook your mince! Not only that, all the recipes have been written by chefs, so basically their ultimate mince recipe. There really are some delicious recipes, my favourites were the Chicken Spring rolls and the venison burger 🍔
